These Terms & Conditions govern your use of noteque.org and the products and services offered through NOTEQUE. By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We sell specialty coffee, brewing equipment and subscriptions. An order becomes a contract once your payment is confirmed. Orders not paid within 24 hours are cancelled automatically and any reserved stock is released.
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Payment is by card and is processed securely by our payment provider — card details are never stored on our servers. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.
We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the flat delivery fee shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Subscription plans charge the card on file automatically at each cycle. Plans renew at the then-current plan price. You can update your card, pause, or cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future charges. If a charge fails we retry it and may pause the subscription until payment succeeds.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Coffee and brewing products are sold as described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOTEQUE is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the products or this site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
